* All we ask is that you buy an LNB / Receiver from us if you do get picture break up..sadly some LNBs / Receivers work much better than others. A good example to prove this. We installed a dish on top of an 8 storey apartment block in Limassol. Some users got a perfect picture on the BBC 24/7 whilst others complained it was "useless" at night. They got upset at us. We are used to this reaction, now and pointed out our warning re some receivers being very poor in "fringe area" reception. There are certain receivers that we cannot recommend for use in these areas. When we temporarily installed a "better" receiver they were amazed that the picture didn't break up / lock up !! Naturally they replaced their receivers and the problem was solved.
The moral of the story is that it is cheaper to get a good receiver than to buy a bigger dish !

**Just like SKY in the UK it is possible that reception loss can occur ( particularly in the Summer for up to two hours, on BBC channels if there is adverse conditions in the Troposphere that "blocks" the signal.) This is temporary and is covered by our 99.7% guarantee.
